Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using AlertifyPro services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services. These terms apply to all users, including free and paid accounts.
Use of Service
AlertifyPro grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform in accordance with your subscription tier. You may not sublicense, resell, or transfer access to third parties without written consent.
Acceptable Use Policy
Prohibited Activities
- •Monitoring systems you do not own or have permission to monitor
- •Using the service to launch DDoS or network abuse
- •Circumventing rate limits or API quotas
- •Storing malicious content using our storage infrastructure
Accounts & Billing
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. You are responsible for keeping your payment information current.
Service Level Agreement (Enterprise)
Enterprise customers receive a contractual 99.9% uptime SLA. In the event of a breach, service credits are applied per the schedule in your signed Enterprise agreement. Standard and Starter plans do not carry a contractual SLA.
Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days to allow export, then permanently deleted. We reserve the right to immediately suspend accounts that violate the Acceptable Use Policy.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AlertifyPro shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the prior 12 months.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the AAA rules.
